Best product for displaying results to clients + Process

Can anybody recommend a great product for tracking and sharing Local SEO, PPC, Social Media and other results to clients. Any other process advise or resource suggestions would be appreciated.

Clients are calling left and right and I don't want to take on any more jobs because I don't have a process in place. I have two meeting this afternoon and I'm afraid this thing is going to spin out of control. I'm ADD - If I don't get this straight I'm gonna blow it.

Start with some free ones. Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools. I know some people use Market Samurai to display their results to clients too.

How do you get so many clients to call you? I wish I had the problem of clients calling 'left and right'. :)
 
I get their phone ringing and they tell people about me. That being said, I spend too much time on my current clients. I need to learn how to leverage my knowledge and expand through outsourcing and proper practices.
 
Might be time to hire some help...

Think about if there is a task that you find yourself doing over and over. If there is, this is a good task to outsource. I'd start with oDesk to find someone to help with it.

Then just go down the line identifying what you are doing repeatedly, and outsource it! Soon, you'll find yourself managing a bunch of people that are all doing what you used to be doing. You'll be focused on getting more clients, and checking your bank account. :)
 
I use Rank Tracker to show results to clients. Using a VPS and a scheduler it runs once a month then uploads the report to my website where my clients can check it.

But I agree with .david get someone from odesk to take all your data and create a good looking report that will impress your clients or prospects.
