Try vpn4all.com - I recommended it to others to hide their IP when using the mailers such as MM and MK.

I use vyper vpn with giganews diamond account so get newsgroups and vpn to a few different locatons works great

There are a ton of VPS providers but if you are getting a VPS to run something like scrapebox or xrumer then you'll need to find providers that offer a ton of monthly bandwidth. I use about 3 terabytes a month on one of my boxes just running scrapebox all the time, I'd imagine many other BH tools are similar. So far I have been using eurovps.com and they seem fairly reliable.

yes.strong VPN same secure capabilities but at a much lower cost.When you consider a vpn you have to think about number of users, the amount of bandwith and the cost. But cheapest isn't always the best!

strong vpn it's safe. i worked through this connection. it had a few problems meaning the network operator lost signal. failed few times, and i knew 3rd time because i saw my ymess singning out...

I've used ACE VPN the last few months without any hassles. Costs $15 pm. Not sure how comparable the pricing is the others already mentioned, but it works so that's the main thing.

itshidden is probably the best free one I know of.
I used to actually pay for their premium to hide torrent traffic. Now just a private VPS with OpenVPN
