Best Priority in link building? OBL or Domain PR

hey guys

im currently adding links to my main website, im currently searching for anything over PR1+, even tho some sites are over 16k outbound links. im not even getting many posts maybe 7 in 24 hours.

Would it be more beneficial to go for websites with max 300 outbound links, as surely the juice from the pr domain (even tho page pr is 0) would of basicly gone due to all outbound links, or would you agree that the domain PR would be reduced due to this eventually?

Any help much aprichated.

I know in a ideal world abit of both but. i would probs get 1 post per 5 days if i put OBL restricion on too.

I do not think that outbound link counts or page rank matter anymore in terms of link building. You should more concentrate to build your links on website high citation flow. You can take help from many free tools available online such as MajesticSEO.
