What makes ahrefs better than the others?
I heard semrush was great.
My main use for such a tool would be keyword research, see what keywords my competitors get most of their traffic from, see what social platforms they get their traffic from, and seeing where they're getting their backlinks.
I'm pretty sure as I use the tool I'll probably find even more uses for the program.

I second for ahrefs. They have plenty functions like backlinks checker, content explorer, keywords explorer and trackers, etc.

Ahrefs.
Semrush doesnt have any record of the keywords I am working with. That's the main reason.
It seems you all love ahrefs. What features does ahrefs provide that is better than semrush?
Looking at their Alexa rankings it seems semrush is more popular than ahrefs overall.

Ahrefs every time for me - everything you have said you want from a tool you get from ahrefs - If i could only have one tool in my arsenal it be ahrefs!!
The keyword research is better, the keyword difficulty scores are more truthful than Semrush.
I find you can did deeper too with Ahrefs.

Alexa says nothing.
From my view, Ahrefs provides everything Semrush has and a lot better of course.

I used semrush for 3 months and then shifted to ahrefs, in my case atleast you can get detailed info which semrush fails to bring up.

Ahrefs all day. Expensive but they have the biggest site and KW index. Moz is straight trash, don't bother using it or paying attention to it's metrics. SemRush is ok but honestly they don't have a big enough index, Ahrefs has picked up 8 of my backlinks from yesterday, my site isn't even in SEMrushes index. Neither are any of my competitors. I have no experience with Majestic.
