Hi everyone,
I am setting up aged Facebook accounts to manage pages and run ad campaigns, and I wanted to get your thoughts on current best practices for the warmup process.
I’d love to get some insights on the following:
Warmup Duration: How many days of passive activity do you usually recommend before launching ads or connecting pages?
Daily Activity Limits: What are safe daily engagement thresholds during the first week to keep the accounts safe?
Environment Setup: Is using an anti-detect browser with residential proxies enough for initial warmup, or do you recommend additional measures?
Thanks in advance!

I usually use aged accounts normally at first and build activity over time sudden changes are what usually cause problems.

Thanks for sharing! Appreciate the advice. Keeping the activity natural and avoiding sudden spikes seems to be the key.

The safest approach I’ve seen is gradual growth and avoiding sudden major changes. Moving from normal activity straight into heavy business actions can create unnecessary risk. Consistency is usually more valuable than trying to speed up the process.

Using long standing, established fan pages that have already successfully appealed any previous restrictions helps avoid the risk of the page being disabled which could otherwise lead to the ad account itself being banned while using an identity verified personal Facebook account to manage and run the ad account further mitigates risk

To restore the old pages, the account must function normally, with regular logins, posting, and interaction like a normal user for a certain period, avoiding spamming so that the account can thrive.

For important accounts, I'd avoid trying to follow a fixed "warmup" limit or using anti-detect setups to make them appear legitimate. Keep the activity normal and gradual, complete the profile, and use the account naturally before connecting business assets or launching campaigns.

1-2 weeks of passive activity. Daily activity limits 5 per day initially the 1st week then you can do 10. Using anti detect browsers with residential proxies are fine, but you need dedicated proxies and not proxies that other users use as well.
