What kind of optimizations you mean? For example in my website I'm using perfmatters and wp-rocket with excellent results, +90 score in all pages, huge boost for google insights which maybe its not so relevant but for sure it helps.

i created a separate page for mobile, which is very small in size compared to the desktop version. Much lighter and concise!
