Best practice for PR in multiple languages

If I want to submit a PR for a new site that has English and French. Do I submit one PR with both languages or two separate PR submissions?

Do two submissions. Point the English ones at the English version of your site, and the French ones at the French version. These links will look a lot better with same language PR's going to same language sites. Make sure you actually manually translate them, and not just the auto-translate.

Sound advice that englandrm is giving you on this one. Be sure to take advantage of it, especially the unique manual translation, as auto-translators tend to jumble as bad as spinners.

Get someone on elance or a site like that to translate it for you. Don't just trust anyone or anything to do it.

It will bite you and hard.
