Best PPV Network?

I've been having some mixed success with Clickbank and Bing ads - Current Roi is about 30 USD. Spent - $160 and Made $200 ish in sales. Converting @ 15% with around 200 clicks.
I've heard good things about PPV Networks.I wanted to do some campaigns with Linksador .. but they no longer exist . Can anyone recommend some good converting PPV's with deposit no higher than $100?
