I use media kings, they are really good but black hat if you use them in a certain way

I am using BetterInstaller, the minimum payout is $200. However, that really does not matter that much. What matters is how much you get per install. I have been getting around $0.5 per install. They also have numerous landing pages to pick from. The thing is, you cannot give people an eBook, because the installer only installs FLV play. You can mask the name of the installer at the top of the page, etc.

Well non silent the user has to accept the download

and silent the install is installed without the users knowledge

You may try more affiliate programs out there (pay per performance programs), the Cj platform is one of them, Shareasale also. You may look up there for more programs and categories. My experience with both of them is OK.
