Hi. I'm looking for a PPD site, it can pay for 1000 downloads or for only a download, i don't care, that allows soft warez like wp themes, small SEO tools.

In one thread of theirs they mentioned allowing soft BHW stuff. So, I am surprised by what you just said. Sorry if I am mistaken.

use filestreamers they accept all types of files and allow you to monopolize any size file
