Best PPD network?

I know, there are already many threads about it. I used the search box, I read until my head started to spin!

I am new to the PPD concept, pretty late! And still on research stage. I really really appreciate any help you can do, and Thanks in advance for that.

I am confused about which PPD network to go for. Many suggest Sharecash, and others say its outdated, Fileice rules! There are also Cleanfiles, Filefire, Dreamcash, etc!

I just want something simple and stable, something that converts better and pays good. I'll use them with torrents and YT vids. I don't have PP so I'll need another payment method, if they have Payoneer its a plus.

I suggest to you instead of join to a PPD network, try to find a CPA network.

You can, but you have to be 10 times more careful with CPA.

Yeah you can do exactly the same, even better.
Try to find a CPA Network with the content locker feature.. (CPA lead,AdworksMedia,AdscendMedia..etc)

okey i would like to bump this thread.
Lets say SharedCash VS Cleanfiles
SharedCash has some bullshit procedures and high payput but are old, stable and they have high stakes.
Cleanfile on the other hand keeps getting this random user ban explosions every now and then but appears to be more trusted even when having lower stakes.

What i am looking for is:
1. Stable, trusted Content Locker which is in bussiness for a while now
2. Easy registration (Sorry Cleanfile - your's is not easy and i am to lazy to bug the owner via messages here)
3. Have low payouts like 10-20 bucks compatible with PayPal
4. Locker surveys that people CAN actually finish (because i want the user to get what they want, not let them stuck in never ending surveys circle)
5. Accept adult content (porn, sex, shit like this)

Basicly an AdFly+. Because regardless of what people are saying - i like AdFly.
I just want to earn more because plain URL shortering is not paying well and i have some hot, rare adult shit to make money off. It doesn't need to be SharedCash or Cleanfiles.

Oh and don't give me links to services you never tried yourself. I can google (duh) and i know the names. I am asking for an opinion not copy/paste bullshit.
And users who actually owns such services - stay away from answearing to this post - i know you all claim your service to be made out of pure gold and honey.
