Best PPC for Publishers

I have a web site that is based around a lot of illegal activities. The problem with this is no one wants to have there adverts on that kind of site.

At the moment I get around 120 visitors a day on the site (On the increase) and I have bidver' adverts on my site. Saddly in the past month I have made $0.06 so I am not the happiest of campers.

Any ideas what publishers would be good?
I tried a search on here but the search isn't amazing and the networks I tried turned me down. Google Ads have turned me down due to my content.
