Best PPC/CPC Networks?

What are other networks better or equal to Adsense?

Any suggestions for a personal blog? My name gets searched 3600+/monthly

While this is not a ton of searches I think it's goos enough to promote something on it, I just dont know what. Or with what network. Adsense probably would not be the highest paying... What are your thoughts?

Try bidvertiser, its performing good on some of my sites.

AdBrite, Bidvertiser. But the problem I observed was they does not display relevant ads sharply like adsense do.
