best ppc/affiliate site

what are the best paying sites that one mite wanna get started with any suggestions ? ill be a refferal to those who point me in the direction of a paying site with actual payout proof

like i know a bunch iv done befoe say oh u need 10$ before payout etc u get 10$ up and then they dont pay ya, or the ppd site where u upload a file dont even pay u or they like scam u where u have 25$ comission and then they say u only have 16 n need 25$ to get payout, iv had such bad luck with these types of sites id prefer someone who has alot of experience, and to be a good refferal if u can give me pointers on how to optimize my time and money making im sure it would help ya make more money urself

if you really want to make money, try being a freelancer or a virtual assistant. i think this will lead you somewhere. the job is not that hard also
