I use black label (adbrite) but he paid very low!

Juicy ads is alright, AFF is good if you get sign ups, Ad-xpan is also okay. I rec against clicksor.

Hmmm PPC for adult traffic... bad idea, I advise you use WebCams.

PPC is not good for adult dating offers. And also I know some network has good adult dating offers. I recommend you to get some social traffic, the traffic are doing well with adult dating offers.
