Just wondering, what are the best PPC ad networks ?
Also are there any Web 2 platforms that allow you to display them ?

+1 for Facebook PPC.

Very Targeted and good source of Buyers.
just put in your ad " click here to buy now" and you will get an exaggerating number of conversion rates.

Other PPC doesn't allow that "sales word" that's why I go for facebook myself.
