Best Pop Ads that can target specific iPhone audience?

Hi all,

Hope I can get some advice on which Pop Ads network can specifically target the below criteria:

Criteria:
- iPhone
- Safari
- Adult Hentai sites
- Allow scan alert ads

1. Which pop ad network supports the above criteria?
2. And from those pop ad networks, give the best outcome based on your experience?

Hi Phuong yes I ran campaigns with popads but failed, 0 conversion. Tried different options with different style ads (different layout and text) but didnt work. Sorry I cant provide much details. But maybe my app just wasnt the right fit for these type of ads. I might give it a try for other type of app, and then i will post my update here. cheers
