Best Plugin to redirect by country

I am looking for something that would auto redirect someone based on country to affiliate offer.

I found a few
some I have to pay for which I do not mind, but see point 2

some dont work with caching plugins

some I tried the demo, it did not redirect me

some are not plugins smarturl.it

some do not work, wp zero bounce, i had that dont work anymore. says my email is invalid. support site down

was thinking about geo targeting wp

I used a paid plugin way back but I think it is better to subscribe to cloaker services nowadays as it would save you a lot of stress.
