Depends on your enviroment.
On one WP Rocket works best, on the other Cache Enabler, on the other Fastest Cache.
Test a couple and see what result you get.

I've been using WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, Wp Fastest Cache and many others depending on the way website was built.
The best however it's Swift Performance Lite (free), followed by WP Rocket(paid) and Wp Fastest Cache ( free + premium).

Wp Rocket is good.
Although the best configuration for you depends on your WordPress(theme and plugin you have)
For free w3 is the best.
In my few WordPress the theme is so good that i dont need any plugin.
And some theme are so sick that no matter which plugin i use. Its of no use.
Do make sure to see if your theme is optimized for speed.

Swift Performance easily beats Wp Rocket for any professional, Rocket might be easier to use for noobs but here's a result I got with Swift for a Woocomerce shop. Environment: Namecheap SharedHosting ($20/year) + Cpanel + Wordpress :
Head to head comparison made by the friend who told me about the plugin ( it's not his and free anyway, the benefit in the premium version it's the Image compressing which you can easily get it done with Short Pixel or WP Smush )

I'm not a wordpress expert. But, I used W3 Total Cache and it was good. If you want, you can try it and see for yourself

If you have litespeed with lscache enabled, use Litespeed Cache Plugin....
If not, Id recommend WP Rocket for ease of use or W3 Total Cache (if you dont mind testing a lot of configurations)....
