financial keywords are expensive for ppc like adwords/bing. I suggest to try https://www.propelmedia.com/advertisers/ They have quality traffic too...
 
How about popping onto competitors websites using pop ads? Financial keywords are bit pricey on adword/bing, ihave no idea what your budget looks like though.
