Best platform to send emails

Hello there guys, I am looking for a good free platform to send emails. However, I have heard that some platforms are not worth using because they appear suspicious in front of email providers like gmail and flag them as spam automatically.
Should I just use a webhost email server, or software like GSA email spider?

Would love some input, thanks!
