I'm pretty sure it's Wordpress. Just because it's little weight and has a tone of features and plugins that help

If I were you, I will still go with WordPress. It provides a lot of ways on how you can make your website SEO friendly.

I came across this site and it's not mine, nor I promote this site (just to clear things up). It provides a couple of ways on the SEO benefits of blogs or websites under the WordPress platform.

Wordpress. It is stable platform with big community and big amount of addons (themes and plugins) and it is easy to change as code is open.

Wordpress is the best, as it is easy to build and manage content on wordpress and with some SEO plugins, you can also manage all the SEO aspects.
For just articles blogger also ranks well.... with little keyword seo...

    The platform is irrelevant OP.

It depends on what your requirements are and what your knowledge of SEO is.

Wordpress is probably the easiest platform to get to grips with but it isn't necessarily the best.

Decide what you want to achieve and look for the platform that will be suitable.

Wordpress is one the best platform, because for each and every techniques there is a plugin available. Even though you are not expertise with SEO, with the help of WP plugins (Yoast and so on) it will be easy to optimize your site.
