Best places to purchase YouTube channels?

Is it ok to buy/sell Youtube channels? Does their TOS allow it?

It's not allowed. They can terminate you for it, but they'll never know as long as you play it safe.
Don't buy from people with a reputable fan base. I've seen some people do it and their minions make it their mission to get in contact with YouTube about it to get the channel removed.
Yeah, it sucks that it is against YouTube's TOS. Flippa don't sell YouTube channels so I have no idea where to find them.
The sorts of channels I'm interested in are ones that don't have a "fanbase" per-say, just traffic. Would suck to sink a bunch of money into a channel only for it to get removed.

I bought a few channels and I never had any problems, contact the owner of the channel asking mail and execute the deal from mail contact.
Confidentiality is very important, possibly do sign a confidentiality agreement, not selling contract since isn-t allowed.

Hold on for a second. Did you actually directly contact youtube channels asking if they are interested in selling their channels? AND IT WORKED? What was your success rate?
