There are different ones depending on where you are. I personally still prefer buying to pirating and it has it's up sides like support and updates and I personally feel better when I'm buying what I'm using instead of stealing it.

I usually go to GPLdirectory.com They claim they are the safest and that all their themes and plugins come straight from the original source such as Theme forest, Elegant themes and so on. Who knows, to be honest, but I haven't had a problem with the.

guys free nulled themes can't be good decision. U don't get updates regular and not sure that it is clean and haven't virus inside.
Group buy nice alternative. Yea u spend 1-3$ for it but it's will be like you but it from shop with support and updates.

GPLdirectory.com and nulledphp is better to compare to other sites and don't download themes from dlwordpress.com they are added encrypted code on each theme.
