Best place to sell traffic exchange?

I have a traffic exchange site: empireviews.com and I am thinking about selling it off...

The website has made between $100 and $250 profit for the last couple months, it is poorly monetized, so I am sure someone could bring that number up.

The site has slowly been dying on me due to no time to invest in it. At its peak it was ranked under 50k on alexa, and over 1k active users. (Now it is about half that)

I am thinking of selling on flippa, but I have heard that sites like these are hard sells there since it all relys on current profit.

Wondering two things:
1) how much should i sell for
2) where is the best place to find a buyer

Try listing it on flippa. Might get some good offers.
