Best place to learn about PPC in 2012?

I have a wso from around 2010-11 that is about how to get 0.01 clicks in Adwords. I realized that this might now be relevant in 2012, and I would to know of any books or videos that are good to check in 2012?

I prefer a book that is about 50 pages and straight to the point, no bs.
