Hi Guys,

I am looking for someone to do a C#(WPF) application project for me, where would be the best place to get someone at reasonable
rates. I dont know if anyone here does such things but if so PM me, if not where do you recommend Elance. etc ??

I use freelancer.com, lots of Indian and Pakistani freelancers on their, some are good some not so good. Look at the reviews.

Does anyone do any music related type of coding? i think it would be fun and im very interested in taking care of apartner for a good coder for fun music stuff.

Hire an intern. You get high skill at virtually no cost, all the big players are doing it.

I have worked on oDesk, I don't have any complains, you should definitely give a try. From approx. 10 clients all of them payed as agreed. One thing that I like about oDesk is that all tests are free. Just keep in mind that your rating is the most important, it's hard to find clients if you have a bad reputation.

But I haven't hired anyone on oDesk, so I can't say much about that. One thing I know is that there are all kinds of workers. Cheap, expensive, high quality, lazy, etc.

I am pretty decent in WPF and if I may advise you, don't go to cheap and make sure your guy knows and uses MVVM.

I'm also in need for a good C# programmer but don't have luck so far.. Will try oDesk as other recommended.
