Hey guys. I'm thinking of hiring a VA for SEO, e-commerce website setup and management, social marketing and some other generic tasks. Where would be the best place to do that? I know there are a few providers here on BHW that have trained VA's and I was thinking of trying them. I don't want to go on any freelancing site as I rather work with an agency that has managers and the staff is trained in IM tasks. What would you suggest? What's the best place to hire a VA?

I found my VA through onlinejobs.ph. However, I didn't sign up with them, instead I just searched the VA's name, found her FB profile, gave her my pitch, and thus far, it has been the best decision I have ever made. The amount of quality writing I'm getting is a complete steal at the price I'm paying.

Add me on Skype, Lucas806CP. I provide Page Ranking services and I also do social media related stuff. Send me a request and we can talk.

Hi Blackhathustla,

We are running as a Company that has managers and the staff is trained in IM tasks. Kindly send me your contact info or look at our signature for further details. I am going to send you a PM with more info now.

Best regards,

To be honest, I wouldn't go with anyone here who is offering you their services. Why pay a middle man when you absolutely don't have to? Just go find your own VA, who works for no one but you. If you can find the right VA, then this is where your money will be turned into gold.

We have a team of VA, trained in email marketing, seo and social media promotion.

Odesk is really solid, but you need to know exactly what you want and take your time carefully communicating that to the worker.

Usually people have a bad experience and blame VA's, but really they failed at communicating and managing the worker effectively. It took me a while to figure this out, but now i'm golden with outsourced staff.

I've used oDesk with mixed results but I'm generally happy. Do you think it's possible to find someone to do SEO, SMM and manage my e-commerce websites for $300-350 a month?

I think it depends on how much work you want them to do, as well as the quality of work.

That's a great advice, thanks! I just did the same thing, but found his contacts on LinkedIn.

I personally vouch globalsales. I largely agree with you choice of staying away from freelance sites and sticking with agency's.
