But I personally recommend to use Themeforest, Elegant themes, themify.
 
if nulled theme is what you wanted, then, use google search and just add: [get] name of wordpress theme on your search keyword.

I've always wondered this myself, but I have never come across anyone who has used one with malicious code in them or had problems with them. This tells me the code is either well hidden or it was an urban myth started by the big theme supplier companies, who knows?

I did took a good look at couple of them , and only thing i found was invisible footer link , which can be removed easily by editing theme-footer.php , i haven't encountered any base64 php or anything that would connect to remote location and do funny stuff.
Notice : I am not Expert in PHP field , but i am neither beginner , i am confident enough to know my way around things.
