Yellowpages? Dex? any phone-book really, from what I've read it's best to call people who are advertising.

Any database of local businesses would work. Yellow Pages, local chamber of commerce...

You should look into purchasing warm website design leads, rather than cold calling/emailing/walk-ins.

You don't need to purchase anything bro, just use google and realize it's a numbers game.. if you call 100 businesses one of them was probably just talking about redesigning their crappy website... understand that they probably get 5-10 sales calls a day, I recommend looking up jason kanigans methods it helps tremendously with the call opening, and its free info. good luck
