I usually steal mine from My$pace - the search system makes it easy to find the natural hotties
It might be considered copyright infringement, or even impersonisation though. Are you looking for free pictures with full rights?

Just got to G and search for free stock photos. Then look for pictures of people.. No copyright worries then.
