Best place to buy website builder with wordpress

I use BH to get our companies own sites higher up but have been asked by a mate to try and build a site from scratch and rank it.

I want to do it with a website that you can just build using templates but that also has a wordpress option.

Any ideas which hosts provide and would be my best option, would be a .co.uk site.

Hostgator does have a website builder. But that's for html, if you need wordpress just install it using fantastico & put a good template on it.
