Matter of 500 subscribers only, it's better to grow them organically and not to take any risk as youtube has been more actively flagging botting account.Use socail media platform to promote your channel instead.

Better to just use Google Ads or better to wait as having watch time is the harder part, try to use 'CTAs' like 'only 5% of you subscribe to my videos, 95% of you don't, please subscribe..'. these are used by most popular YouTubers
