Best place to buy PVA ig accounts?

I've been searching around but can only find threads related to IG followers & likes. Who provides good PVA IG accounts and where can i buy them for a reasonable price? Any help is appreciated!

For IG PVA accounts, I managed to get some on odesk and a few sellers on fiverr. However, I no longer buy accounts since it's safer making them my own.

For IG numbers, just post a thread on the "hire a freelancer" section. I found one of my main providers on there.

How do you create them yourself?
I installed IG on an old phone with no SIM card, tried creating an account (for the first time in the phone, for the second time in the same wifi), and it doesn't let me create it.

if you have any tips on how to create it successfully, it's be very appreciated.

Just use Bluestacks to make your own accounts, get a few simcards and your good to go, or check the bst section and get quality ones.

I have a method of making unlimited numbers on an internet phone service for free. I had to delete a thread here to keep it under wraps when I found out.
