Best place to buy lists? Deep web?

There are a ton of places to buy lists (legit) but am curious to have an enourmous list for some testing...

can anyone point me in the right direction - maybe Tor/ Deep Web - or is there a legit service that you guys can recommend?

(Sure I can create my own lists but id prefer to buy lists - even if they are slightly old...)

I just got 100k facebook emails (people who have registered on facebook) .. not sure if they're good yet, I will try emailing them tonight maybe

I too am looking for large email lists to bulk email. I wanted to PM Donnie but cant because I have less than 15 posts

How will you send them bulk emails?

I have GSA email spider and scraped thousands of emails. they need to be cleaned and I don't know how to do that. Also I don't know how to send them emails in bulk.
 
I can clean and de-dupe them. Will be using interspire web based bulk emailing software
 
I think the much bigger issue today isnt acquiring lists its the inboxing of them when you are mailing them. If you have a solution for that then you would be in good shape but warming up IP's takes far too long and is too expensive for most niches.

You better don't do that, but if you want it anyway, buy it only with some escrow service!
 
Red , Green , Yellow or Black Web are just words they are just normal sites which shares things for prices alot more money that you expect. And you cannot even know they are sharing genuine list on such sites. You will find many lead sellers try to post on WTB.
