which is the best place to buy leads ? targetted and non targetted for sms marketing , voice broadcasting & telemarketing ?
for example non targetted : First name , Last Name , Address , Contact number like that ....

hey thanks but iam not looking to target businessess ... iam looking for home landline or personal mobile numbers ....

I never buy leads, i always use sign up forms on my websites as well as other tactics. This seems to work well for me. I don't want to risk being black listed.

i agree but mine is a volume campaign not like a small list of 100 targetted people to call ... but instead in bulk like 5k or above daily...
