Best place for NON VOIP USA numbers - voip doesn't work

Wondering what's the best place for non voip numbers in US, need a few hundred only for verification so not looking to pay an arm for a number that's going to be used for a few minutes and tossed.

GV Twillio and anything VOIP does not work, so looking for a place to get numbers in bulk but can't find anything.

Have any of you found sucess with this? Im looking for some reliable source but no success.. I can pay for this info, It stopped my startup project because of this. LOL
