Same, I've never had any luck with that site. I get better results by manually contacting people within my niche and asking them their prices for s/o's.

Sorry for the late input, I was searching Google for Instagram shoutout threads on BHW and came across this one.
Anyways I've been using igshoutouts.com for shoutouts lately. Pretty good variety of accounts and great support, so you should definitely try that :)
