Best pixel tracking services for CPA

I installed Prosper202 on my server, tried the Setup -> #9 Get Postback/Pixel, but seems it needs some 3rd party service to work? I visit the pixel i made but no data in Spy. Do i need their paid service Tracking202 to get it work?

I need pixel tracking (server to server) for CPA offers, to work with country parameter and without a thank you page website (just pixel url itself).
Can you recommend any 3rd party service for that? imobitrax needs dedi server, hasoffers starts from $279/month but i dont need that much resource. Maybe something else to start with?

Prosper202 would work just fine. Ive never heard of any 3rd party thing needed. But I also have a very old installation (1.6.1). Take some more time to learn Prosper202 and you should be fine. You can also test the pixel by using a vpn or proxy and following a prosper link to the pixel page.
