Why you want PDF Submitter software?
I will suggest you, you should be submit pdf manually because there many benefit here:-
1) Create user id and password different - different user maintain in excel
2) Find file hosting site Google, you can find easy
3) Tagging with keyword and put description
4) Promote url of upload file with facebook or social networking site

You can check out RankWhizz or the one by the same guy who owns SEO Link Robot (can't remember the name right now, something like doc submit robot--but I don't think that's right lol). RankWhiz looks pretty interesting, been on the fence about getting it for a while. Might find a better price than what's listed on the site if you search around with Google.

You were close..that other app you're referring to is called:
'SEO Link Robot Fast Indexer'...it's free to!
Just search for that term and you'll find the appropriate website in question!

So is Rank Whizz better than Document Marketing Robot?
don't think so.. doc robot has a ton of features rankwhizz doesnt.. A scheduler, ability to link images in pdf generation, generate multiple pdf's on gen, spin urls on generation, scrape from several article directories, support for the best spinner, spin chimp and spinner chief, dbc, image typers and decaptcher.. ability to post post to twitter etc...
Multiple scheduling options are also available etc.. try the free version and make up your own mind..
