Hello,

Starting a new business and need a payment processor -- what do you recommend? Should I go with a merchant service or an online option?

Share what has worked for you in the past, etc... I've already had bad experiences with PayPal, so that's out.

Thanks!!

PayPal fuck you on fee's.

I'm changing to stripe. They seem very fair and super easy to deal with and set up.

The downside is you do not get your money instantly like with paypal, but in the real world it's not an issue.

Worldpay are good, great for online and face to face payments.
Cheaper than Paypal and don't just lock your account unlike P/P.

If you need to accept PayPal but don't want to actually use PayPal, FastSpring lets you accept PayPal without connecting your own account, though of course their fees are ridiculously high.

Check out Payment Depot. They offered cheap prices last time I checked!

Fuck a PayPal. They've made enough money on people's fees and just randomly closing accounts because there's too much money circulating through them.

I'd go with Stripe, Skrill, or Payza.

PayPal.

The fees suck, and they can be assholes sometimes.. but they're really as good as it's going to get.

Stripe only accept US account if I remember right, and worldpay is ok if you have very good volume. Or you may try alternative payments.

My suggestions are Payza and Worldpay.
