Hi,

I am looking for payment processor with weekly or bi-weekly payouts to Payoneer bank account. Can anyone recommend me such payment processor? I have tried Stripe, 2checkout, PayPal (duh) and they don't fit me. Any suggestion is welcome.

then stay away from bluesnap, because their merchant support sucks.. i would be interested too if you find one.
 
PayPal is my pal for long time, and will probably be in the future as well

Just curious, why didnt stripe fit your needs?

If you specify what does not fit you on those 3 then you might get some viable suggestions. Depending on your country you'll have different payment processors available.
 
None of these payment processors sends payouts to Payoneer.
