Some customers dont like this, any thoughta on otyer platforms ?

If you're afraid of chargebacks/refunds, BITCOIN or CRYPTO is the best way forward

But it's not exactly the easiest platform

if I know paypal, there is no discount above 100 $ ... do you want to withdraw how many dollars asking something like this, how many deductions are there?

Im struggling to get businesses to use bitcoin as they need proper invoice.

You can't avoid chargebacks. If you're looking for a processor that can accept high chargeback rates, you'll also be looking at much higher fees.

Like most threads here OP you need to supply much more information.
Crypto is not your only option.

What do you sell?
Sales volume?
Current payment methids and how much sales in chargebacks monthly?
There are other chargeback impossible methods.

Next, WHY are you receiving chargebacks? Eithe ryou are scamming them, they are scamming you, or your product sucks.
1) stop scamming (or simply admit it here so we dont waste our time)
2) issue refunds if you can to avoid chargeback if its in your business model
3) chargeback protection services
4) have customers sign contract for receipt of goods if possible (probably not practical for most but helps win disputes)
5) if they are scamming you lets find out why and how to reduce that

Seems a little passive aggresive ha. My product sucks or im scamming them? Great to see people jumping to conclusions..

I most certainly do not scam, i am in the business of GMB verification and can handle $10,000 at a time.

I have never had a chargeback but with the way things are Google are shutting down listings ( beyond my control ) and i want to protect myself as 180 days is a long time to be able to launch one.

My original post was equally aimed at fees charged by these platforms, they dont offer me great protection so seems a lot for me to pay.

Not at all, I also said or they are scamming you. Those would be the three main reasons and knowing is half the battle alla G.I. Joe my man
How does the update hurt you? GMO is Google My Business so im sorry but what does that entail for your services? Just curious bc im new here and IDK what most people are doing lol.
What kind of fees are you paying and how do you accept payment, how many transactions/month?

Bitcoin, 100%. It depens if your customers use it and if it's popular with them, though.

They are large companies so need to invoice, using Paypal currently but fees are horrible !

PayPal takes a cut any and every way they can. They will also limit you at one moment and freeze your money for 180 days, after which, you'll be able to withdraw but, won't be able to use PP again. So, Bitcoin is the way to go. You are literally free using it.
