Best payment gateway/processor

Been looking at 2Checkout, Shopify, EasyCharge and things like FastSpring etc.

What do you all use? What's the most flexible and has the best rates?

I use paypal. It's safe, fast, reliable, and I've never been screwed. It costs a little, but at least it covers my arse!

I've been using PayPal, but looking at adding Google Checkout to my payment options. Has anyone had experience with Google?

it depends the dollar amount of your products. i had a bad experience with google checkout, and it was kind of hard to communicate with them since they only have e-mail support. paypal is good, for the simple reason that there known by the average consumer to be "safe"

I have used PayPal for years and had a few ups and downs no more than normal...

I have been using Google Checkout for about a year and no complaints...

The reason I have added Google Checkout is because a lot of customers don't like PayPal...

I would like to find a merchant account that I can take payments over the phone...

If anyone knows of a good one could you leave it in thread or pm it to me...
