Best pay-per-view for USA visitors ?!

Hello guys, I'm runing a site that is 2months old, and I'm curently having around 5k per day, and MOST of the visitors come from USA and then CANADA and UK.

I'm also runing AdSense on my site, and I was wondering what would be the best Pay-per-view(Impression) company?
But please, not those sites that take over the homapge lile ****** and make the visitors wait 5seconds before they let them into the article. Maybe something that asks for a BANNER on my site, and everytime it's viewed I get paid.

Any ideas please ?!
