Quora is one top answer sites. However, I'm not sure if you can post link there.
2007 = Yahoo Answers was ranked on Google.
2017 = Quora. Sometimes, Wikihow.

Google only loves the ones where you can't post links. Link building is not as simple as just building link randomly anymore. There are more factors than they used to be. Like how old a link is and if real people ACTUALLY click on it or not.
