best page builder for ads cloaking

Can anyone tell me, I am looking for advanced page builder tools for ads cloaking, which one should I use TrafficGuardian and CloakTrack?
 
Advertise on BHW
Make the page yourself and then cloak it with a cloaker like Cloaking.House, justcloakit, etc...

There are different layers on which you can inject the conditional rendering, it does not have to be the application layer.

And I would not have any one building tool make these websites unless I knew exactly what's under the hood
 
You can definitely go with TrafficGuardian, it’s quite reliable for Google Ads and has a decent built-in builder. As for CloakTrack, honestly, I haven’t heard much about it or seen it being used in my circles yet. Are you planning to run search ads or display campaigns with this setup?

In proper cloaking, it is determined who is a real user and who is a bot, and content is shown accordingly.

I've used both. If you're looking for 100% cloaking, you can choose Cloaktrack. You don't need a page builder for cloaking; it's the power of cloaking that counts, and in terms of power, Cloaktrack is the best.
 
TrafficGuardian and CloakTrack these not safe bag builders .
you can try Comsign (white page generator) not the cheapest - but works fine.
 
Trafficguardian seem to be a scam, it is advertised in this forum by several members but the domain was registered recently, I don't understand why it is not filtered and those users are not getting banned
