Best OS for Windows VPS with SEO Tools

I'm about to get a VPS with 2-4 GB Ram, I will be running SEO tools like RankerX and GSA on it.

But I'm not sure what OS to install, Win Server 2008 R2 or Win Server 2012 R2

(Is one of them faster, more stable, less resource heavy.)

2012 is good. I only used 2012 so cant compare between 2008 and 2012. 2012 works well for seo softwares

I am using RankerX. Scrapebox on Win Server 2012 R2. It's faster and always work effectively.
 
Thanks for your help, I chose 2012 and it works fine.
 
i like 2012 best... Also you might consider get at bare minimum 4 GB ram (the more the better)
