Im currently using Excel but wondered if anyone has any sggestions of a free order /customer tracking tool or software to use istead of excel, currently i use it to
Store customer infos, tracking numbers, order info, payment info, shipping info and dates, and then use to generate email lists wen new products etc, excel srt of does everything, bt its very manual, if there was sometihg that was abit more user friendly and had additonal features and / or tools (ie if it tied directly into an emailing system etc) that would be of interest would be great to try
