Are there any tools or plugins? I want to import .CSV or .TXT and post them auto to my wordpress./ (on my own domain)

You can probably import a .csv or delimited text file directly into your WordPress database. You'll need to match up the fields to be sure the data goes where you want (post, comments, etc.). You can use phpMyAdmin to view the fields, then set everything up in your import file and use the import button.

OK i solved my problem its easy.
Wordpress > Tools > csv post import > read documentation
